Position Summary:
As an International Public Relations Officer (IPRO), you will serve as a crucial link between our company and clients, both domestically and internationally. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers in the UK and abroad. Collaborating closely with our International Sales Team, you'll play a key role in presenting informative presentations to potential clients, contributing to the expansion of our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in the UK and abroad, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

• Collaborate with the International Sales Team to develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

•  Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic computer concepts to handle customer queries effectively.

• Uphold the company's professional image and values through all interactions with clients.

• Actively contribute to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to engage and interact with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and technology.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work on a 0-hour part-time contract, with availability for less than 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation:

•  Base pay: £11.44 per hour.

• Additional 25% commission on sales.
