Job Overview: International Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers abroad, providing regular reports to the director.

• Collaborate with the director to make strategic business decisions based on market insights and findings.

•  Target marketing efforts towards Central and Western Europe, as well as America.

•  Be prepared for occasional travel, up to four times a year, with expenses and food covered by the company.

•  Intersect with the IPRO role by communicating with them to identify new target areas and present marketing ideas to potential customers.

•  Utilize various marketing channels such as social media, TV/video ads, radio ads, and banners, adapting strategies to each region's unique characteristics.

•  Highlight previous successes such as the opening of PC service plans, which attracted international customers.

•  Enjoy easy access to the director for support and resources throughout your working hours.

• While no formal qualifications are required, previous marketing experience is preferred. Ideal candidates should demonstrate leadership skills, enjoy collaborating with others, and be able to work independently and as part of a small team.

•  This role contributes to the company's goal of achieving a £10,000 annual profit. Additionally, monthly targets met will result in £100 bonuses.
